The Piron Combi Steam Ovens are equipped with the following technologically groundbreaking features:

Each line comes with two options. One oven has 10 trays, the other 6 trays. They have high speed motors and a core probe. The Piron combi steam ovens can heat up to 260° Celsius. The 10 tray option has a weight of 125 kilograms, 3 high speed motors, 810x895x1225mm in size and 810x895x1225mm in thickness. The 6 tray option is smaller at 110 kilograms. It has two high speed engines and is 810x895x855 millimeters. These two lines work well for medium-sized restaurants, catering companies, and other businesses.

Caboto’s line of products is great for small businesses like home caterers and cafes. It also features the Piron Konvec Oven, with its 2 high-speed motors. It is smaller than the other lines but still offers a great catering solution. It can load 4 trays, but it weighs just 37 kilograms.
