When October, especially November and December, arrive again, businesses and other organizations begin to plan their holiday parties. Families, too, will be planning large holiday get-togethers. If you want to spice up your holiday celebration this year, then you might have reserved our Paint and Party. If you’ve already booked the paint party and are wondering how to make the event better, we can help. Fun Times Wine and Paint is a company that has hosted many holiday painting events. The painting course have some great suggestions to help you plan a fun and stress-free event.
Enjoy the holidays by continuing your holiday theme
As our first tip, we recorded the theme. If you already know that you’re hosting a holiday paint party, then you probably know when and where the event will take place. To ensure a large party, we suggest that you start by setting a cheerful mood.
The holiday party is not the time to be displaying tropical beach backgrounds, grass hula-skirts or luau centerpieces. If you’re going to have a holiday themed party, then make sure to include holiday drinks, such as eggnog and applecider, holiday food and holiday accessories.
Inform people about how to dress
One of the best things about hosting a wine and painting party with us is that our artists provide tablecloths, aprons, and all other materials you and guests will need to create a masterpiece. You will need to inform your guests of how they should be dressed if you are planning on continuing the party for a long time after the artist leaves. What will your party look like? Will it be formal, business casual or festive? Our aprons will protect any painters, no matter the occasion!
You can combine traditional holiday songs and some of your favourite dance party tracks
Make sure to have fun and enjoy the party. If you have fun, then your guests are sure to enjoy themselves as well. Do not forget to put together a playlist that will jazz up the party.
You can start the party a good half an hour before the guests arrive by setting out some drinks and snacks, playing some music, and jazzing up your home. Listen to the doorbell to get your party started.
You can play holiday party music but not too much. You can mix up the music by playing a variety of tracks. You will not be playing the same holiday tunes over and over again (and your guests might have already heard them on the radio).
